Warranty

Warranty can be implemented for all the products that fall under the Merchandise Regulation and require warranty to attest for faultless functioning (UL RS, number 73/03). It is also possible to offer warranty for additional products or services.

In the active warranty period the consumer can demand:

• Defect elimination free of charge

• In the case when the defect elimination is not possible within the period of 45 days the consumer can ask for a new product free of charge

Warranty guidelines for vendors

• the vendor must be informed about a defect within the specified period (a written notification from the consumer is required, a verbal notification is not sufficient)

• in the written notification, the consumer should accurately describe the defect

• the vendor should have an opportunity to inspect and assess the supposed defect

• the consumer should clearly state what is his/her demand regarding warranty implementation

• the vendor must reply to consumer in the period of 8 days, whether the consumer's request to implement warrant is granted or not

• Until the expiration of the 8 days period from the written request by the consumer, it is regarded that consumer's wrights were not infringed and therefore the consumer can not exercise rights through MIRS or the courts until the 8 days have passed.

Delivery

We offer different delivery options: you can receive your order by mail or you can pick it up personally. All you need is your name, surname and address. You can pay for your order at pick-up, or through PayPal. You will normally receive your order in the period of 14 days, however we shall not be deemed responsible, if the ordered goods get delayed or lost in the mail, or for any unforeseen problem due to force majeure.
