Complaints and disputes

The vendor complies with applicable consumer protection laws. The vendor must place an effective system for dealing with complaints and assign a person, who, in the event of a problem, the buyer can contact by phone or by email. The procedure for submitting complaints should be made available on the websites and should be easy to use and confidential. The vendor shall confirm, within the period of five working days, that it has received the complaint, inform the customer on the duration of the procedure, and keep the buyer informed about the proceedings. The provider is aware that a key feature of consumer dispute, at least as far as solving the case, is its asymmetry between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also a major obstacle for the consumer to initiate proceedings before the court. Therefore, providers should use their best endeavors to resolve any disputes amicably.
